We have a 14-day refund policy on our Account Management Service, which means you can cancel your Service and get a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received your cancellation, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
